Coronavirus & Free School Meals
From Monday 20th April 2020, families who are entitled to pupil premium Free School Meals will have a choice of three options:
Option 1 – Daily lunchbox
This will need to be collected from the school kitchen on a daily basis. The daily lunch box typically consists of:
Option 2 - Weekly lunchbox
The lunchbox will contain enough produce for the week and will be based on the number of free school meal children that are attending Nightingale Primary School. The lunchbox must be collected weekly on a Wednesday.
A typical package (depending on weekly deliveries) may contain:
Weekly shopping vouchers worth £15 per child to spend at supermarkets while schools are closed due to coronavirus.
Families are free to choose either option 1, 2 or 3, however once you have made your choice you cannot switch or overlap options. e.g. you cannot request a daily lunchbox and the £15 voucher.
