Site Assistant/Key Holder


We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person with a range of practical skills to join our friendly school team.

The successful candidate will have a sense of humour and be a team player. They will be able to use their initiative, be pro-active and take pride in their work and our school. Good relationships with children and adults are essential.

As the key holder for school lettings you must be able to communicate and work with the Facilities Manager to organise and manage the use of the premises outside of normal school hours.

You should be able to work effectively with our team of cleaners and undertake a range of minor repairs, maintenance, grounds work and decorating to a high standard, ensuring all health and safety legislation is adhered to. Training will be provided.

Hours
Monday to Friday 5pm - 9pm term time and school holidays


The job is available for an immediate start following rigorous pre-employment and reference checks, including an enhanced DBS check.

The position is offered on a fixed term contract until July 2018 with a view to a permanent contract depending on the needs of the school at the time.
